Merchant Code meaning on Euro dumps (Service not available) 57

What does this mean? Are the dumps region blocked? I get this a lot with euro dumps in USA.

CODE 57 = BIN is blocked where you trying to use.

Okay, so I get this one Brazil bin. I check 20 of them and I get 10 approved, 2 decline and rest code 57. It's the same bin...why the error?

57 Serv Not Allowed Trans. Not Permitted-Card

BAD track if u checke full track2 and u get Code 57 u can check again just cc+exp and ur get 00 APROVED reason can be a generated track2
valid CC-exp=1301201xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxx= mean added some digit to complet track


when u check cc+exp to get Code 57 mean mostly holdpick card u can try by other merchant and your would see other CODE like 04-41-43 hold

Code 57 mean mostly bad card flaged or even blocked,....


Card was banned from system !!!!
