Matching ip with card holders address

Most of the tutorials suggest getting a proxy, socks, vpn - anything in the same state as the holder, and that the best would be to get a proxy in the same city...


So should I buy a proxy, check what locations do they have, buy the cards in the same locations and do my work then or just have to hope it will go smooth???

Really depends wat site u carding man. Check site security if weak just use sock from country if ok use sock same state if good use same city and maybe a phone call ;-)
