Need Help Making Plastic Would Like To Know Whats Needed To Put The Strip On The Back Just Like Bank Issue (What Machines Is Needed An Any Other Detail) (Don't Want Printed On Backs That You Cant Sign) Please PM

2 Options.

Use blank heatpress signature panel rolls from alibaba.
Press onto card with hot foil machine and stamp to your desired size.

Get a cheap DTC card printer and buy signature panel ribbons for it.
This will put the blank sig strip onto the card just like the heatpress option.

Both give pretty much same results which is 99% like real one.

After the initial process you need to put your card into an epson printer or something like that with a card tray to put design and UV onto your sig strip.

Check the article section of the real carding section, lots of great tuts there.

Regards

You can also get some masking tape, blue works best.

Mask the card leaving just the printed sig strip, make sure to press all the edges well

Get some clear matte spray paint
Spray on 1 or 2 layers and whalla you can sign with a ball point pen and feels real too..

Seems like a hassle but you can do 60 an hour. once you get a hang of it.

Then take a 150i embosser and put the last 4 and cvv and looks perfect...

Can anyone suggest how to heatpress the damn holos? PayPalers are starting to become shitty.

Alex u say put a blue tape then to spray clear matte will that work with clear scotch tape also

Not sure. The only reason I said to use blue masking tape is because when you spray clear coat it get under the tape and the sig strip does not look strait. And the more expensive blue masking tape works pretty good.

Get heatpress rolls first.

After you get them you need a custom silicone die for them.
Either send the manufacter a holo or make them a vector art for the die.

The die only needs to have the outer shape of the holo with a fill.

So like a rounded rectangle for visa and oval for mc etc.

Then you mount the die on an iron that fits into your heatpress unit.

Cheap option is to use one of those china hot foil tippers.
But they arent that accurate, and also some heatpress holograms require serious heat that this machines wont be able to do.

Better way is to get a real proper heatpress from the US or UK manufacters.

Kwikprint is a very good one for example.
But used ones are like 10 times the price of a new china one.

So its your own decision.

I hope I could give you a little insight.
