Make t1 from only t2 dump

This is very much a beginner question but i did dumps long ago now i am back at it again, i use to remember how to generate t1 from only t2 but i seem to forget, can any PM how do i create t1 from just t2 bcuz it seem many vendors have a lot of t2 only dumps that i hear work very good. Those who help me i will help in return.
