Can we write the mag stripes, use the card in store after declining 2 times the 3rd time it should only read the mag stripes without the cheap. Does this work?

Hey I installed it and i can write the tack 1 & 2 with this software, it’s not just a reader…

Is using usa cards in europe a problem?

If the card dump is valid and without regional blocking, then you can cash it out in any country.

do you know of any way to actually get non region locked dumps? I just made a post how this is the next major hurdle after getting reliable software.

mag stripes are not largely supported in europe, your main issue is coding the emv chip. I assume most euro bins are semi non region locked, you would be able to use them one country over from their home country. It would make sense for that to be the case because europe is mostly free travel.
