Lost in transit

(this is about a buddys op, so if im slow w/ some details its because i needed to check with him)

Why might a carded item dissapear off the screen AFTER the order went through and the item (a laptop btw) was in transit? More to the point I suppose what can be done to avoid this? Just better shops/CCs?

a year old thread, sorry for bumping but if anyone faces same problem its most likely its because customs fee/some agent's fee hasn't been paid, call the courier and it will be resolved.

had the same issue, lost in transit, called dhl up and seemed i had to pay $15, and had got my package.
