i'm a big pro guy 
recently i owned a corporation employers database which contained all their employers information like full info employer ID tax number family history banking info etc ...
then i tried to apply for credit card with those info to my virtual office and it worked and with a high score guy i made a huge high limit amex card and it arrived within 5 day.
so now i can send great card which is very safer i think than dumps because the card is totally for you and seller POS never give stolen error code and no chargeback because i am the holder ... ! it just may decline if you do high amounts which is easy because i can handle it and remove block from card.
I looking for a guy in USA which is really pro with physical address. first you can withdraw some cash from ATM but the bigger part is carding so you need fake ID i think. if you have positive feedbacks please contact me asap to make a deal via pm
