so i cant start new thread
i have noticed that some usa bins ask for pin when swipe at shop in eu
i didnt happen before
e.g i swiped 549113 , when i swiped pos ask for pin code , i enterd 0000 , 2328 but
transaction decline , response was pin incorrect
it happend same with chase bank bins
any one noticed this ?
or any one have some fruitful idea about this
will appreciate
