And remember what certain new models of audi, bmw and mb have information about mileage not only in odometer, but in almost EVERY module (engine, AC... even on bulbs control module). so even if ull be succeed in editing mileage in main module, original mileage STILL can be traced but not so hard steps.

But be prepared to spend 10k+ for one. These things aren't cheap.

you can use a willem programer, I use to do this on vw cars where I remove un-solder a chip thats in the dashboard then use wellem programer to bump the chip bin code,
then use hex editor to search for the mileage and edit.

do a google search there are sites out there that tells how to do it.
