Looking for a dealer of skimmed card

I search a skimmed card.
So, A card ready for cashout in french distributors (magnetic tape written on the card, with pin code).

I want to buy only one card for the first time (to avoid rippers).

I search a serious dealer, not a ripper.
If u have it, and if u are very serious, MP me.

No one sells D+P.
Also, you can buy dumps and order full plastic from plastic vendors (means ready for use) but you can't find dumps with pin.

I mean you can find, but rippers.
