Liquipedia is an encyclopedia of various video games, covering everything from the history of each game to esports tactics. The platform was founded and operated by Team Liquid, a professional esports organization from the Netherlands owned by aXiomatic Gaming, dedicated to gaming and esports.
As Cybernews researchers found out, the MongoDB database used by Liquipedia was publicly accessible without a password. As a result of the leak, logins and other data of 119 thousand Liquipedia users were published, as well as information about platform administrators. The size of the entire leaked database was 77 MB.
