Linking card to paypal

I tried to link cars to paypal but is ask for OTP on his sms, is there any way i can bypass this and link the card?

Use the version of Google from your victim's country, for example, if your victim is from France, use (google.fr) and manually write PayPal to google.fr and we will adjust the VPN here too.

Use a special domain on PayPal (so if the victim is from France, use PayPal.fr)

Yes i did use vpn but I didn’t check purity of my ip
