1. The most important thing is not to conduct all work at the legal address. Let you have a sign there, a couple of computers and responsible secretaries for routine and current affairs without access to any important information. 2. Do not keep anything on office computers. Even in the office that is not at the legal address. Transfer all employees to remote servers. And prescribe fines for violations. Fines are large, so that they are taken more seriously, for example, in the amount of one salary. Additionally, have a responsible person who will regularly check all computers "for virginity".
3. For important accounting and internal documents and data, create a secret office, access to which will be limited to a couple of people whom you can trust 100%. When necessary, they can go there and do work. Destroy all unnecessary documents.
4. All work only via VPN. And also not Russian. Set the mode for prohibiting access to the Internet when the VPN is not enabled. Set it for all employees and ask to disable biometric login, only by code. Conduct all communication only via Telegram or FaceTime. But if the topics are gray, it is still better to encrypt.
All correspondence only through reliable mail. No Mail and Yandex, this is the same as operators who drain everything in seconds. And there is no smell of security there. We recommend Protonmail. In extreme cases - Google.
5. For SIM cards, use SIM banks. This is a device where you can install several SIM cards at once and set up SMS output to the same Telegram. You can use IP telephony with virtual numbers.
