When ur on payment option is it best to jus get a card in a city where a drop is accessible like should I always ship to a drop where the card is in the same city if not same state. Or I can just keep (example) getting cards let’s say In Miami then ship it to Mississippi

I did not understand the question. Do you want to order a physical credit card from the bank? Usually they are sent to the address of the cardholder. It can be intercepted from the address of receipt.

As you have mentioned Bestbuy,are you using self registered or using a log?
You can order to different state,it works with both self registered & log.
Also,only use a non vbv CC for bestbuy if you dont have CC+OTP.
Once your order is approved,it still can get cancelled,reason could be blacklisted bin or you triggered the antifraud.

Does that mean even when the cardholder makes an order genuinely it will still be cancelled?..and other genuine customers with that same bin will have orders cancelled?
