Skills I'm expecting from candidates:
- Speak English or Russian plus at least one more language. I can make exception for person who knows English hacking scene well.
- Know forums and have access to forums where potential suppliers can be found.
Compensation:
- Flat rate for translation and posting advertisement. Forums must have good number of visitors and relevant thematic.
- Commission from closed deals.
- Performance bonuses for price negotiation.
- Performance bonuses for brining most productive suppliers.
