Issue with SSN Verified Cash App

I'm trying to create an SSN-verified Cash App account, but I'm running into a problem. Even though I'm using residential proxies, it still directly asks me for full face verification instead of just SSN verification. Has anyone faced this issue before? Could it be due to the proxy type, device fingerprinting, or something else? Any advice would be appreciated.

T2+: cashapp 4k limit + cashcard enabled
T3 ( btc enabled ) : cashapp id verified with btc enabled
T4 : cashapp btc enabled + direct deposit enabled

T2 Cashaps are very bad to get & make.
