Is there something up with escrow services?

I have been sending msgs to try to release my escrow for days now with no response from ninja or support. What's going on?

seller messaged me on 18.05 with his LR account.
So its not a week, but 3 days.

As i told you in prvate communication - im spending 6 days out of 7 of all time with board.
fixing, helping ppl, assigning statuses, reviewing claims?
And we all humans, so i can not be online for 3-5 days. i dont see a big problem there.
SO once i came online - ive answered all and everyone.

Next time ull come to public with personal case, with stupid questions - ull get apropriate decision about u.
