is there anyway to check if pin is right without going to the atm say a merchant or something?

dont know maybe depends on the country.. but normaly if the DUMPS its ok and u put a wrong pin.. the atm tolds u that the security pin is BAD.. is the pin IS GOOD and dump/bin is locked used.. etc will say another error like this card cannot be used in this atm blabla bla.

yes u can use.. buy from a shopt whit if it a debit card is the only way.. if is credit is not posible
