Is language included in fraudscore evaluation

For example, you are hitting a site with a german cc and doing your warm up phase in english, entering in details without using their special characters etc etc not using german at any point. Does fraud detection services include this with their evaluation? Or do they disregard this as a large portion of germany is english speaking.
