is it possible to use USA 101 dump+pin in a European ATM

How likely would this be to work? MSR is arriving any day now. I'm guessing this would work since Americans do travel here on vacation and they do need to use the ATM, that's my logic. Would love to hear from more experienced people.

Hello from personal experience only way i cashed out was 201 dump 101 dumps dont work its very rare to find a non chip readable atm i talked with visa support myself i tested over 20 atms and i have videos of what appears on the atm screen it lets you login but not withdraw i tried 2 different eu countries

Thats a lie 101 dumps dont work in Europe unless you find a non chip readable atm and dont think oh i will just find an old atm you need to find an atm that has an outdated software not look
