Why not make a room where only members approved can enter ?

It's possible with Anope (IRC Services) and Restricted mode on the room.

something as private networks that will can join just verified carders and SSL setup would be good... i mean with verification system you should pass some verifications/good deals/vouches so you can get in .

I like this idea too. If anyone is interested in doing this, I can help to setup in a good way and maintain the server 12 hours a day
