hi, so in online carding is it better to make ip similar to real cc owner adress or to drop adress?

If you declare your order as a gift to someone, make IP similar to cardholder. If you ship using holder's name, but to drop's address then use IP similar to drop's address

I wouldn't worry too much about it. As long as you use the same country then most shops don't care.

your ip must be same as billing. if shop use maxmind protection then you need same city as billing ! (which you almost can't find well)
just use same country and buy a good phone verify from vendors and don't worry about ip
