Always great stuff , with excellent result on EACH ORDER , i never lost 1$ with this guy !!*
My last ORDER with him = 1st card swipe for 1.1k$ and pay , then go on 2nd shop try same card for 500 ( decline ) so i take his 2nd card and swipe it for this 500 and she PAID !!
SO i go on 3rd shop and swipe the 2nd card for 600 and she PAID !! SO i move on 4th shop and swipe it for 800 AND SHE PAID!!!
so i continue on 5rd shop and try swipe 500 ( decline ) so try 3rd card and SHE PAID !!! and i swipe it again 2 times again for 300 .
CONCLUSION : TRY 3 CARD ON SHOP = 100% SUCCES / 4.3k paid for 100 bucks invest
ps: i hve this type of result with MR DON PANTHER on each order dont loose ur time and $ with bad seller and Join PANTHER client list !!

the result and my conclusion:
is taking to long to reply back (10 to 20 minutes).
i have chose 6 eu dumps from his bin list and i have ASK HIM 3 times if they are 101 in the final stage hi reply "yes".
i have send him the money and after 30 minutes with no sorry or appologies he ask me to chose other 5 bins because 5/6 are 201 code!!
guys i have ordered from him just because of that 5 bins in the first place! then i had to chose other 5 random bins not knowing them.
finaly he sends the 5 bins which 2 of them was from same bin ( i did not ask that).
the result:
2 of the bins was bad dumps ( i did not ask replace because of personal problems and it was past 24 hours for the replace.)
1 dump was EXPIRED 2 months ago!!! ( what vendor keeps expire dumps for 2 months!)
so 3/6 was not good.
i have ask him replace for the expired dump and i even email him.
past 3 days and no replace.

from the new base i made and order... 2 canadian and 4 usa all were good but canadian didnt work for me becausee of my region but with usa i had good money... only one declined from usa.... so i didnt ask for replace.... phanther's specialty is he will alsways give valid dumps.. we can embose them with confidence... no need to worry about wasting plastics.. the only problem is phanthers working time is short also he is always busy...
