intercept text with nokia 1100

right so i heard that you can intercept text message with this phone i can get my hands one but i was wondering if someone will be wiling to give some info on how to accurately intercept the messages and weather it would be possible to to intercept and prevent a massage getting sent to someone

I found some news on net and normal nokia 1100 can't do that they needs to be 6 years old specific model and reprogrammed.
