You know fuck all about service codes my friend. 101 is a international service code and is going no were. Chips are out and have service codes from 201 221 so no need for some new code.

If they wanted to fuck with ya all they do is issue what is all ready in the system which is in the 5 region=no use outside of country and city you live in.

Chip is not coming to the US anytime soon the cost is to high so they moving to new Plastic that is watermarked with new features so we see how that pans out.
