I did this type of cash out with credit cards from the US and EU. But, don't increase the followers for yourself or for the person that knows who you are. It might be dangerous. The good way is to create a site that offers the subscribers and followers services or work with this kind of service and take a good % for cashing out the *clear* money. Keep in might that exist some fair services like popularitybazaar.com that will call the FBI or police if you offer this to them, be careful.
