Insore Romania error [(100) A nu se accepta!] Is not accepted!

Hello,

Any know from where come this error?
Before 2 weeks I have transactions with the same POS, same bins, and transactions have approved !

Now I tried many bins ( all bins worked before 2 weeks) and I receive only this error: [Declined! (100) A nu se accepta!] Is not accepted!

Could be a region block. And by the way, good luck in Romania. I think you need it there

Is not region block .... because I swipe different bins, from different countryes and from all bins I receive same error. After some researches I think that problem come from the Bank processing, owner of POS.

Also I receive this error from one bin, and after few hours I swipe this bin again and was Approved.

I think that the bank processor have some temporary software problem or international connection problem!

if you have destroy this bin a lot ofthe time ) the bank is obvious one controlling the not acceptance!!
very possible bank has disabled this bin at your POS of crime )) in united state i did something close to this with fresh bin at same store with debit classic , eventually , this debit classic no longer work at any wal mart in state of TN for credit transact lol )

it only take 3 week of burn out card to disable BIN in entire store line )
