I have come to conclusion that this year IRS will check and verify the recipient address on the W2 and the tax refund filed before issuing the refund, hence the method thats being spread all over the internet like britney spear's porno clip is not going to work. But I think people who have access to Post offices they can hijack the mails and make huge profits. But this would have to then be a big op , TBH IDK still researching ?
