A reckless driver in a BMW was detained in the center of Yekaterinburg - he is suspected of cashing fraud.
Citizens often saw a black and white foreign car flying through the streets. Every time spotters (those who like to take pictures of beautiful cars) tried to take pictures of him, the owner deliberately drove at them and "fired" from an imaginary gun.
Acquaintances of the driver said that he earned money by buying up bank cards and cashing out. The weekly turnover reached 40 million - I kept 10% for myself. Two more accomplices were detained together with him - the case was opened by the Moscow Investigative Committee.
