I bought a dump a couple days ago an Australian bin, wrote track 1 off of track 2. Checked it a billion and one times before I wrote it on a old venmo card. Ran it thru the MSR and it read fine. However when I go to the store it doesn't read at all. No error, nada. Can someone tell me why?

Try writing the dump to a blank card (format: J2a040 and Unfused).
It is quite possible that your old venmo card is not supported by the POS terminals or ATMs in which you tried to use it.
If you wrote only the magnetic strip, then possible reasons for failure:
- The data is incorrect or written incorrectly.
- The EMV chip is damaged, not written, or cannot be read.
