I'am wondering if there is any tool, which can check if card has vbv/mcs.

NOt sure bro. If any one tells you he will sell you a tool for that, dont let him rip you.
I really dont think this exist. Some hackers site ask you to put cc number + CVV + EXP to check if vbv or not. No sense.
Dont let them rip you.
Some guys check bins for vbv or mcs. That they job. I knew one guy but lost his detail. Once I find it, I'll let you know. That solution is more secured.
