I can vouch for Imack's Service, however i cannot vouch for his business attitude. We had a slight problem with payment on the first order which was my fault, but we came to an agreement for a second order which he did not follow up on. He left me embarrassed amongst my customers and did not have the courtesy to mention that he would be on holiday.

He has yet to apologies or offer an explanation.

It is best if you viewed the past 2~4 pages of this thread. I posted that I will be going on holiday and am on hoilday on the posts. Appreciate the honest review but you should take into account my posts which specifically state I will be going on holiday / am on holiday.

Why should i need to view a thread to know you are going on holiday when we were talking directly? The fact is you failed to mention that to me, had you said something i would have arranged business with someone else and avoided the embarrassment. You also failed to reply to the many messages i left via ICQ which was even more insulting.

You contacted me to make bookings at the last minute, unfortunately, I do not work like that. I require two (2) days prior to booking. You are well aware of that and you even left positive feedback previously and I quote;

To change your statement from positive to negative due to the fact that I require two days before booking is ludicrous.
