icq anonimity

im running a quad vpn and ssh tunnel through a vm. i plan to get my own wifi though and stop using my neighbors. i have great web anonimity, but with vpn off, how do i check to see if my socks registers on icq? i have it set to ssh tunneler port at 127.0.0.1,same as browser.

is there any way to see if this is working with icq?

Sign on with your regular socks that you use for ICQ. Log-off ICQ. Change to a different socks from a different country. Log back onto ICQ with your new socks. If ICQ times you out and does not allow you to log on with the new socks, they logged your original socks ip and it is working. This worked for me. Hopes this helps. :beer
