well, its depends on where you from, in my country we can card without problens with LE, because that, drop is easy to find and almost free...

i invested my money in cvv's, i spent arround 2K already and carded like 50K worth of stuff so far

i think the best to do, is what you think easier and safe. like me, no fucking way i'm gooing to card instore, i dont feel safe with a fake card in my hands, so for me best choice is to buy online, but its personal, the best way to card, is the way you feel better carding.
