Well i don't want this but you may understand what i need. I want to do good in ppi ( pay per install), is there any way you could make a site which will evoke a exe to a pc and automatically run it? Please advise. Also i will appreciate if you kindly tell me the % of visitor ( probably) will get evoked with successfully

garyhamill sites which pay u for installs usually have such sites to force user to dl and run the file. check your client panel
