Items needed :
1) PC - (LAPTOP OR DESKTOP)
2) MANYCAM SOFTWARE and
3) VIDEO OF YOUR WORKING PICS.
Once this items are ready let's go.
1st. install the manycam software on your pc..I personally use opera. Open your browser, goto settings --websites --then scroll down to camera. Select MANYCAM virtual webcam as your default webcam,. Goto exception and clear any website you see there.
Open your manycam software, Open sources... click movies. Look down you'll see open files. Follow there an locate the folder that contains the video you wanna play for you client. NB: make sure your video is in (avi,.mpeg,.wmv or.mpg) format otherwise convert it to any of those formats. It won't play an .mp4 video note that.
Now select the video of your choice , make sure you mute the video. After that open your browser to either Facebook or hangout, call the client video (a pop up will appear seeking for permission, select manycam virtual webcam and choose accept) when he or she picks up and see say you are moving don't say a word just end the call and text him, ask him if he saw you. If he says yes tell him that network is kinda fluctuating from your side that's why the call didn't last. Start up another chat with him ASAP.
But before you do this please call one of your friends first to confirm it working before you go cast yourself and I advice you seal up your system webcam with a black tape before you go fool yourself
Note: try this with you friend and be perfect in it b4 you can try it with a client.
When you call the client and he pick, press play to play the video of that person you're using to work for like 3seconds and make sure the client sees you.
If the client sees you, end the call and give any excuse of your mind, the client will believe you ?% because he/she has at least seen your face.
