Are there any resources or methods that anyone can recommend for determining whether a vendor or site is verified and/or success rate of that seller? I am really stuck on picking a site, bc I've been burned a couple times and I want the next seller I choose to be verified, I can't take anymore losses...

My best advice is to find someone you trust who can offer you a shop. More often than not, people you know from other forums or those involved in hacking/cracking, etc., are familiar with this type of stuff. Personally, the shops I found were recommended to me by two people I knew and trusted.

If you don't have such friends, I’d suggest doing thorough research. If something feels off, don’t buy ask people first. Ask those who are active here, or people who are admins in other forums you might trust. Be smart about it. Many CC shops have multiple vendors, so check the vendors' vouches if they have any. Find a way to contact the shop owners, talk to them, and make an assessment. Yes, you can use an escrow, but keep in mind that the CC you get might be intentionally dead. The art of finding a good CC is everything. Work hard on this, and it will help you in the future when you need other services, such as drop services or websites to card on.
