1 - there was only one reliable bot, now its malfunctioning.
2 - usually people give "raped bins" which means they have been flagged by radars (for example stripe) which counts how many chargebacks have been made for the bin.
3 - if you find a serious reliable seller (not a shop) then its the best option.

Bot doesnt check in Real time, thus might trick people thinking that x bin is non vbv, when on reality its vbv now.
