Open LANC and click on the list of network adapters on the first screen that appears, try every network adapter that appears for you until you find one that does not bring up an error.
Check the boxes that say APR spoof and Filter. (You will only be able to do this with WinPcap installed)
Down the bottom under the APR Spoofing section click on the LEFT most list of IP's and choose your routers 'Default Gateway IP.' ( If you do not know your Default Gateway IP go into your windows searchbar and search cmd, this will open a command prompt window, type in 'ipconfig' and then scroll through it until you find the section that says 'Default Gateway' with an IP next to it, this is your 'Default Gateway IP.' )
Again down the bottom under the APR Spoofing section click on the RIGHT most list of IP's and choose your playstations IP. (If you do not know how to get your PS4's IP then you need to go on your PS4 then go to settings, next go to network, finally go to view connection status, here you will see allot of information but what you are looking for is the section that says 'IP Address,' this is your PS4's IP.)
Now that you have your IP's setup you want to click on start at the bottom right of the window, the screen should change and you will see a list of IP's with various other parts of information such at ports and the MAC addresses. For the purpose of this though we will be mainly paying attention to the ports, the players in your party will have IP's with the port 9307, this port can showup as the destination or the source port in LANC. 
At the moment the 9307 port IP's are mixed in with every other IP that you are pulling so we need to filter them to only show the ones that we want. To do this you need to click on the setup tab at the top of the window which will take you back to the starting screen. Click the stop button in the bottom right corner to stop pulling the IP's and you should now be able to type in the boxes again. Now you want to click on the section that says destination port and type in 9307. 
Now click start again and you will see a list of filtered IP's from your PS4 party, now keep in mind it is not possible to find out which IP matches which PSN so you will have to either be in a party with you and the persons IP that you want or you will have to DDOS all of the IP's in the party until you find the one that you want, essentially using trial and error. You will know its the persons IP if they leave the party and go offline, obviously. You can label the IP's in LANC with a persons PSN once you find out who's is who's but remember that some IP's change over time. Also the IP that you want to DDOS is the one under the list of 'External IP's' in LANC and the port you want to use is as stated before 9307. (Your list of IP's may show duplicate IP's in the list which is something that cannot be avoided but it does not effect you in any way.)
