Even when I enter full info CC that works perfectly, it says declined !

what should I do !

no it will ask bday of card owner or something to verify it during submission of card details you need full infos cc from that site hehehehe

if you have cvv ,you dont need online carding to bay psn vouchers!
you need to open psn account on your ps,write acount details from VALID cvv,whait 30days!!i use USA cww for USA acount!
after that just clik AddFunds on psn ,end there you go!no bloking account,enjoy!
