is this against rules to become in this field of verificated ??

my friend who was my casheer for very long time before i stop before greed , want to do this ) he in usa. he want me to ask becaus i long time member and he only 3 month . .

question is, is it possible for one to be VERIFIED atm cashier on forum in service category? how would one be possible this?? by forum provide him d+p to cash?? this make no sense

One has to pay $5000 advertisement fee, and I doubt anyone will use you or your friend's service.
