It is possible but you need to know the bank information You can download Mars Bank Base its really good for finding the BINS and info you will need to do this

And finally, youre going to add six zeros at the end of the dump.

That was a great post But it still miss's the point about dumps and so called algos.
There is no algos per se. What was happening was bank was not checking the CVC CVV IN the track 2 data these days they do. Back when you could put all zeros in the track 2 the only check at the atm end was the pin if it was valid you could and the bank did not check the CVC you could get cash. Those days are over its done all banks upgraded there systems so they now check CVV CVC Pin exp date service code and shit loads more data.

You can't make a dump and go shopping instore with only cc/exp.

A dump is a duplicate of track1 and track2 and can't be generated by algoz.
