how do i enroll capone or citi

i wanna know the best way to enroll capone if already owner has been enrolled is they away to bypass,,,also citi bank does anyone know how i could successfully enroll this bank. also if u have any easy banks that are kinda lux on the enrollment of cc please do share. thanx

Before you post questions, always use the search function first, or look into articles section.

Here in Online Carding section in articles, page 2 I found an enroll guide posted by support.

If the owner already has enrolled the card, like in Capone, you must have his e-mail to recover the password.

But in different banks (bins) it is differently, some don't require pre-activated e-mails, as long as you have SSN or DOB or MMN, you can instantly change password. You can probably buy known bins from vendors.
