Hello! This article was created in order to draw the attention of the crypto community to the problem of exchange fraud: when you try to exchange, your funds may be frozen (stolen) exchanger, and you will be required to pass KYC, due to the fact that you are under AML.
If the exchange has decided that you have to go through the KYC procedure, then they can demand anything they want from you: from a screenshot from the crypto wallet, to a video where you show yourself and all your documents, and at the same time give some testimony.
There are services (for example,AMLBot) that, by analyzing blockchains, can tell you how clean or dirty the cryptocurrency you own is.
If AMLBot thinks that your crypt is dirty, then this is a reason for exchanges to freeze your funds and request verification (documents, selfies, videos, and so on). And you don't have to sell drugs to get a dirty crypt. It could have become dirty even 10 transactions before it came to you. Almost no one is immune from the so-called "dirty" cryptocurrency.
Many exchanges have adopted the AML bot. Tens of millions of rubles are withdrawn from customers every month due to non-compliance with the AML check. But this fact is hard to know until you come across it in person. Exchangers try not to advertise much that, under the pretext of following the KYC and AML policies, they give themselves the right to withdraw your funds: such conditions are usually hidden on sites somewhere far away and written in small print.
I'll show you on my fingers how everything works for them. At first glance, all exchangers (except for one "poor guy" NewLine) have zero bad reviews and thousands of good ones:
But if you go to the page with reviews of any exchange and look through them a little, you will notice that bad reviews still exist.
It turns out that the exchangers on the bestchange site are authorized to turn negative reviews into neutral ones! To do this, they need something to respond to the claim (as in the screenshot: don't worry, your money is in safe hands! Works with AML and KYC!) and voila! - the claim is being withdrawn. A bad review is now considered a simple comment. The right to withdraw claims to exchangers is granted to the exchangers themselves — this is just an amazing system!
So, bestchange supports the following concept by its actions: there are no bad exchangers, there is a dirty crypt and bad clients who do not want to pass verification(u-lu-lu what!!). This is not surprising, because bestchange receives money in the form of a percentage from each operation from exchangers, and not from customers.
We have to say thank you to bestchenge that the reviews are just being repainted from bad to good, and not deleted. It was from bestchange that we collected a database of real reviews about each service.
We also manually investigated the involvement of each exchange office in fraud with AML. Those who were noticed stealing customers money were marked SCAM on our website.
Go to the reviews of any exchange on bestchange and you will see that there are bad reviews there, but they are displayed as neutral. Read reviews from scam exchangers on antiswap and find them on bestchange to make sure that all reviews on our site are real.
We did not invent or embellish anything, and things are exactly as we told them.
Because of the bestchange review policy, many people have lost millions rubles forever.
Due to bestchange's desire to hide the AML problem from people, blocking user funds has become widespread and is considered the norm.
Unfortunately, the situation cannot be corrected at this stage. However, you can at least protect yourself and your friends by sharing a link to this article.
Many thanks to the subscriber for the post!
- What does it mean?
- When do people fall under AML? What is it all about?
- I am an honest citizen, I have nothing to hide, I will pass verification and the money will be returned, right?
- But then where are the negative reviews from abandoned customers? On the same bestchange, most exchangers have a crystal clear reputation!
- Every third exchange office represented on bestchange stole money from its customers!
- I do not believe. Bestchange is the oldest service and couldn't do that.

KYC-Know Your Customer is a banking regulatory term that means that a company must identify and establish the identity of a counterparty before conducting a financial transaction with them.If the exchange has decided that you have to go through the KYC procedure, then they can demand anything they want from you: from a screenshot from the crypto wallet, to a video where you show yourself and all your documents, and at the same time give some testimony.

AML — Anti Money Laundering, anti-money laundering measures that must be strictly observed by all financial companies operating in the European Union and the United States. AML includes identifying the identity of each client who is provided with fiat services, as well as monitoring their transactions. There are services (for example,AMLBot) that, by analyzing blockchains, can tell you how clean or dirty the cryptocurrency you own is.

Sometimes this is true, but most often verification is just an excuse to stall for time. And, of course, a reason to steal money from those who are unacceptable to verify themselves in front of scammers on the Internet. Many exchanges have adopted the AML bot. Yes, Bestchange is also involved in this and takes an active part in hiding the problem.I'll show you on my fingers how everything works for them. At first glance, all exchangers (except for one "poor guy" NewLine) have zero bad reviews and thousands of good ones:

Exchanges with ambiguous reputations were given neutral status, while the remaining exchanges were designated as honest.I do not believe. Bestchange is the oldest service and couldn't do that.
We understand that this is hard to believe. However, you can make sure that we are telling the truth yourself.Go to the reviews of any exchange on bestchange and you will see that there are bad reviews there, but they are displayed as neutral.
