how can i launch app from github?

i didn t know nothing about this open sources.i google it some hours but no results.i tryed with github desktop ,git,visual studio.for sure it s something easy ..
how can i open https://github.com/Lorenzik/TMRB ?
it s just one script for tiktok but i want to test it

You need to install Git https://git-scm.com/download/win and Node https://nodejs.org first
then open terminal in some folder and just copypaste commands listed in the Installation section of that repo one by one
