How can i cashout a VBV Card ?

I have a VBV Card but thats not the problem because i can get the OTP from Card Owner but the problem is i dont know the proper method to do the carding so is there any one who can help me with it ?

can you teach me the best and easiest way to cash it out it doesn't matter if i need the Otp i will get it from CC Owner
