lets discuss and give advice(smart advice) what to do if u got pulled over and u know you been drinking.
this is what i know, if you not too drunk and u think you will sober up, you can stall time by next few things:
officer must observe you for 15 minutes and make sure you didnt chew or drink anything cose it will interfere with their test. you also do not require to make full of yourself to do road test or blow anything.
if you stall and they push, ask for blood test. it will give you little more time cose they need to take you to the station whoever do not blow on it by the road.
you can ask for translator prior to signing anything cose you dont understand or cant read. but make sure you say that you not refusing the test and not refusing to sign you just cant sign papers cose you dont know what they say. If they find some clown who speak your language, ask him on your language if he can say that he can't translate due to technical language. If you don't think it will work, just ask him if he certified translator. chances are he is not and his translation is not going to work for you. some states let you call someone to come to station and be precent while they take blood test. Make sure your state law allows that prior to request. (they have 30 min to get there) so its ehtra 30 min to get sober.
another defense but its after the fact even if you got more then you should in your blood, you can use an excuse that you just had a drink and at the time you was driving you didnt have that alcohol in your blood.
