help with withdrawl

Hello,

I have access to an savings account with 20k. whats the fastest way to get money out without ATM card or checks. its a savings account. its already registered with paypal but it might take me a long time to empty thru paypal. Any help is appreciates. I have phone access to the account and can verify test deposits like paypal does.
