I'm not a pro, so i'm not sure if I am right, but i think i can see that you have a VBV CC and steam has a good anti-fraud system, i think you need to find a site that has a weaker protection against carding to succed, and don't forget to use an antidetect browser with proxies that matches the cardholder location, peace.

The Card is Vbv and the website is 3D secure, you need otp to process the payment!
Otherwise you Need a non vbv card or 2D website

1) You need Non vbv cc to buy from 3D websites ( it won't request otp )
And you can use vbv and non vbv cc on a 2D websites

A good setup

Is very important because some non-vbv bins or 2D secure websites may ask you for OTP if they detect suspicious activity, apart from that any of the 2 (non-vbv bin or 2d secure store) would work

In usa(usually the target) most sites are 3ds 2.0,which means you can card even with vbv card,altough it would be like wearing a condom with a hole made with a needle

-Good ip quality and ip location atleast in a 10km radius of CH
-preferably a non vbv card

All I can say is for sure use NON VBV. I card steam daily $100. I don’t even match IP to card holders address I use my mobile LTE from another state of card holder. Now for anti detect browser I use Linken Sphere I pay $27/m for 10 profiles you can get it for free and they let you use 1 profile. I have allot of pricey games it is possible don’t give up and good luck
